CollectiveXP started with a simple idea: work with people you trust, on problems worth solving.
We spent years building businesses alongside friends who share our values, and we wanted to keep doing it — for ourselves, and for others. Our goal is to leave a legacy of impact and lasting value by helping great businesses scale.
How we formed the collective
Over the years, we met operators and entrepreneurs who shared our principles and work ethic. Many became close collaborators. Eventually, we realized we could do more — and do it better — if we combined forces.
CollectiveXP is the result: a team of proven operators and tech entrepreneurs with successful exits, working together to share what we’ve learned and apply it to new challenges. We’re here to build things that last — and to enjoy the process of building them together and share our learnings with fellow entrepreneurs.
